The Italian MotoGP professional competed in the Moto3 World Championship for the first time in 2013. Francesco Bagnaia has now signed a contract with Ducati.
Bagnaia’s first year was a disappointment as they failed to win a single game in the season. He did well in 2014 where he was 4th at the start of the season but was unable to compete due to injury. 2016 was a very good year for him as he finished 4th and jumped into the Moto2 competition. After winning the 2018 race, he moved to MotoGP.
2019 and 2020 were the worst years of his career when he finished 15th and 16th in MotoGP races due to injuries. But the year 2021 is a golden year in the career. Although he could not win the title, he was only behind Fabio Quartararo in second place.
